How do I place an order? ⌄
Browse the products, add items to your basket, and head to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Can I change or cancel my order? ⌄
If you change your mind, contact info@nityaonline.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Some items may not be cancellable (e.g., fresh/perishable goods).
Do you offer returns or refunds? ⌄
Yes! If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 14 days from the day you receive them. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Exceptions: Perishables, items opened for hygiene reasons, or customised products.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? ⌄
We’re here to help! Contact info@nityaonline.com with your order number and a picture of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Which payment methods do you accept? ⌄
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive? ⌄
Delivery times and shipping charges are shown during checkout. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
What if I’m not home during delivery? ⌄
The courier may leave a calling card, attempt redelivery, or deliver to a safe place or neighbour, depending on your chosen delivery option.
Do prices include VAT and shipping? ⌄
Product prices include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charges will be clearly shown before you pay — no hidden fees.
Can I track my order? ⌄
Yes, once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
How do discount codes work? ⌄
Enter the promo code at checkout. If it’s valid and applicable to your items, the discount will be applied automatically. Only one code can usually be used per order.
Do you ship outside the UK? ⌄
We currently ship in the UK only. If you’re ordering internationally, local customs duties or taxes may apply.

We use the services of APC Overnight to deliver orders to customers.
What is the cost of shipment? ⌄
There is a standard charge of £6 for delivery anywhere within the UK up to 20kg.
